Since each pair is handcrafted specifically for you, shipping typically takes 8 to 12 weeks. We will send you regular email updates as your shoes move through the various stages of production.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 60-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in unworn, brand-new condition. We provide free shipping for exchanges and returns within the contiguous United States.

Our products are ethically handcrafted in family-owned ateliers in Europe and South America, where master artisans use traditional techniques to ensure lasting quality.
